GENERAL DETAILS

Modular Cold Rooms are made up of standard sized panels which easily lock together. Instead of a custom built room they are ideal for commercial sized refrigeration rooms for the end user, they offer the perfect tailored solution to perfectly fit into available.

Available in stainless steels as well as the standard galvanized steel sheet with food safe polyester, the panels contain highly efficient insulation materials which are encased within the surfaces. They are easily to clean and made form accredited food safe materials

FEATURES

• GS3 modular cold room range includes sizes from 1.2 to 22 m3.
• Three temperature range : +2 to +8 ‘C for chilled produce, -2 to + 5 ‘C for meat & fish, -18 to -22 ‘C for frozen food.
• Plug in rooms with R22 / R404 refrigerants.
• Door width is 700 mm onwards with hinging for left or right handed.
• Panels are molded with male/ female joints and held by eccentric action cam-locks, giving great all- round strength.
• Visible exterior surfaces of panels are coated with durable scratch resistant polyester.
• CFC / HCFC – free polyurethane insulated panels of thinness 80 mm or optional 100 mm with excellent thermal efficiency.
• Standard height of 80mm panels is 2100 / 2400 mm and 100 mm is 2140 / 2440 mm
• Semi – rebated doors with heavy duty hinges and a lockable door handle with emergency entrapment Release with lock overrides mechanism.
• 4 tier fully adjustable shelving for either 2 or 3 walls depending on model selected Special built- in corner mounted refrigeration equipment.
• Digital temperature display with built-in microprocessor controller.
• Visual and audible high / low temperature alarm.
• Remote, volt-free, alarm contact for connection to a Building Management System.

• Floor surface with anti- slip Stainless steel.
• Doors with a clear opening of 900 & 1000 mm for selected modes.
